The company was founded with the aim of providing high value technical services to the healthcare industry. MERITERN’s operational strategy focuses on value creation on the highest technical level.

Mr. Benedek Orczy-Timkó
General Manager, Head of Operation, Head of R&D
Mr. Orczy-Timkó graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a degree in mechanical engineering. His main field of expertise are medical technologies, electrosurgical and programmable electrical medical devices, medical device regulation and quality-focused organizational development. He has been working more than 10 years as R&D engineer and engineering manager at several companies operates and offer services internationally.
His work over the years has resulted in numerous publications and patents in oncology, gynecology, urology, and orthopedic surgery, he has extensive knowledge and experience in the EU conformity assessment process.
In the MERITERN team, Mr. Orczy-Timkó coordinates operations across the organization’s teams, builds the company's network of relationships, and focuses on maintaining the organization’s efficiency through the introduction of new methods.
Mr. Attila Tamás
Head of Technology Development
Mr. Attila Tamás graduated from the University of Óbuda with a degree in mechanical engineering. His main field of expertise are medical device and PCB manufacturing technologies, prototyping and production management. For more than 10 years, he has been involved in the development of manufacturing technology, including transfer and process validation, for medical device and electronics companies. His name is associated with the development of several innovative LASER machining and composite fabrication techniques.
In the MERITERN team, Mr. Tamás is responsible for sample, prototype and series production in close collaboration with the design development, material management and quality management groups.
